Beautiful Francis Bacon piano with original Player Action is waiting for your call. Serial No. 156497. Manufacture date 1915 -- still has lots of life left. Piano action is playable and would benefit from some overhaul to make it excellent.
Sound quality is very good with life in the bass strings and good tonal range throughout. Player action needs some minor repairs to be usable - this is definitely a piano to grab today! Rich original mahogany finish ranges from excellent to good (exterior panels would benefit from refinishing). Missing only the pedal door. Estimated cost to overhaul action and fix player mechanism is less than $2000. Value of totally restored instrument of this quality would be $10-12,000.
Approximately 140 rolls available with this piano (or would sell separately if desired) so you can be enjoying the old standards very soon.
